Goal setting is easy if you aren’t doing it right. At least that is what Anthony and Nick believe. Nick explains how Anthony helped him in his current position as an athletic administrator by offering a goal-setting process that he used to clarify his decision-making. Goal setting is a difficult task. It takes deep thought and time to do it right. Winning a championship is an obvious goal, but there is so much more to consider.
